The 6th 1448 Houghton, although it doesn’t have the specifications of a typical Soata project ( built on rough cliffs, ocean views ) it’s still a luxurious and exclusive project/ This dream home from Johannesburg is impressive, impeccable and it offers an amazing backyard.

” The site was split into two separate sites organized around a common entrance and driveway providing access to both houses. Antoni Associates did an amazing job with the interior design, being a perfect poetry of linear architecture. The furniture and the decor elements are modern and a number of bespoke furniture was designed by no other than OKHA Interiors. The color palette is neutral with accent colors.
