The 15 Most Expensive Celebrity Homes in the World

10 points

These are the most impressive and expensive celebrity homes in the world (and the most beautiful, obviously)

Ah, celebrities. No one does real estate like celebrities. The most expensive celebrity homes have it all – movie theatres, man made lakes, catering kitchens, underground lairs, the lot.

People have been interested in the bright lights of celebrity’s homes (particularly in LA) since the days of old Hollywood, and the stars’ homes tours are still a successful tourist attraction around California. We love getting a glimpse of how the other half live, even if it’s through security-guarded fencing.

As time has gone on, our standards have got higher. It’s not really enough to just spend a million or two anymore when it comes to buying up impressive property. The cheapest pad on this list is $9.5 million, and the most expensive…well, it’s heart attack inducing.

Let’s take a look at the 15 Most Expensive Homes Owned by Celebrities:

15. Adele’s new Beverly Hills family home – Price: $9.5 million

First on the list of expensive celebrity homes is famous songstress Adele. The British singer is crossing the pond after recently buying this $9.5 million, 6,600 square foot home in Beverly Hills.

With neighbours including Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lawrence, it’s a decidedly child-friendly home with its own treehouse and pool outside. Adele is on tour right now, so unlikely to be moving in immediately, but its palatial, white interior will make a great base for her and her family when she’s finished travelling the world.
