10. Guernica by Pablo Picasso

Mister Pablo Picasso was no regular artist, he was special; that kind of special that knows exactly how to express his emotions in the most beautiful way there is.

Guernica, because that’s the name of the painting we are talking about was painted by Picasso in 1937 in the city that inspired his many works- Paris.

The painting was based on the lives and the problems of the people who were a part of the Spanish Civil War; as you can see in the painting,  the bombing of the Basque town of Guernica by the German bombers is well illustrated.

You can see the painting – Guernica by Pablo Picasso- displayed at the Museo Reina Sofia in Madrid.
