15 things only affluent kids can relate to.

Growing up with a rich family can be both a boon and a curse. With everything served to them on a silver platter and the world as their oyster, you’d think rich kids would be happy, care-free, and go onto become leaders of industry themselves.

But there’s an inordinate amount of pressure and expectation riding on their shoulders, and most often, they never manage to replicate their parents’ success despite their many advantages (private schools, tutors, extra curricular activities, exposure to different cultures through regular family trips, connections in high-society etc.). This pressure, paired with an “living in the shadow of my parents’/grandparents’ success” inferiority complex, often leads to depression, anxiety, and substance abuse.
