Below it, clinic stays cost from about $9,000 to $40,000 for a week, and one four-day longevity program in Arizona charged $20,000. We ranked six trips by their published total price per person and kept an older around-the-world wellness package in a separate section.

1. Four Seasons World of Wellness: from $188,000
Four Seasons runs this as one of its private jet trips for 48 guests. The 2026 edition ran 20 days, from 7 to 26 May, across eight destinations, with stays at Four Seasons properties that include Koh Samui, Taormina and Maui. The listed solo supplement was $18,800, which brings a solo traveler to $206,800.
It has already departed. We keep it as the benchmark because it is the highest published price for a wellness-themed trip in 2026, and the same company has published later around-the-world jet trips at $167,000 to $235,000.
How we valued it: the starting price per person on double occupancy, as published by the seller for the May 2026 departure.
2. Clinique La Prairie, Montreux: about CHF 40,200
The Swiss clinic is the original longevity address. A 2021 report put a seven-day stay at CHF 40,200, with other week-long programs from about €15,000. A reseller lists a six-night Revitalisation Premium retreat from US$40,650, undated.
We could not open a current price, so treat this as the order of magnitude and ask the clinic for a quote.
How we valued it: a 2021 press price for the seven-day stay, unadjusted. We did not update it for inflation.
3. Canyon Ranch LONGEVITY8: $20,000
A four-day program at Canyon Ranch Tucson, 9 to 13 August 2026, sold out with a waitlist. The price was $20,000 for one person and $18,000 each when sharing a room, before taxes. It includes 18 or more one-on-one consultations, over 15 diagnostic tests covering more than 200 biomarkers, a physician consultation, all meals, round-trip transportation and three months of virtual follow-ups.
The page’s own FAQ quotes $22,000 per person, so the final bill may differ from the headline price.

4. Lanserhof Inuspherese: from £11,999
At the Lanserhof Tegernsee clinic in Germany, the seven-night Inuspherese program is a medical treatment rather than a standard cure. A UK agency lists it from £11,999 per person on double occupancy for 2026.

5. Lanserhof Energy Balance: from £8,599
A seven-night program at the same clinic, with accommodation, full board and transfers included. The agency lists £8,599 per person sharing. The classic 10-night Cure Classic Plus starts lower, at £7,249.

6. SHA Healthy Ageing: from €8,800
SHA Wellness Clinic on Spain’s Costa Blanca sells a seven-day Healthy Ageing program. A 2024 travel feature listed it from €8,800 with the room not included. We could not confirm a 2026 price.
How we valued it: a 2024 press price, unadjusted. Rooms are extra.
Priced but no longer on sale
This article’s earlier version covered a 365-day trip by the specialist agency Health and Fitness Travel, across 20 countries from Australia to Brazil, at about $237,000, with a six-month option. It reportedly included yoga in Spain, a safari spa in South Africa and a kickboxing session in Ibiza. We could not find it on sale in 2026, so it stays here as history, not in the ranking.
Records set in 2025 and 2026
Longevity programs now sit at the top of the price range. Canyon Ranch’s four-day LONGEVITY8 hit $20,000 in August 2026, and Four Seasons’ World of Wellness charged $188,000 in May 2026. We found no wellness trip priced above the jet trip in this window.
What drives these prices
- Diagnostics. Programs built around lab work and imaging charge for the tests as well as the room.
- Staff ratio. Eighteen one-on-one consultations in four days is a lot of clinician time.
- Group size. A 48-seat private jet sells space and schedule control, not extra services.
- Medical branding. A treatment labeled medical, like Inuspherese, prices well above a standard cure.
