Couch To 5K is an app that promises to get you out of your comfort zone and make you run 5 km in just 9 weeks.
First you start lightly with walking, and then jogging, slowly increasing your level.
The app is a based on a step-by-step schedule, that will not force you too much.
Couch To 5K requires 3 training sessions a week, with a day rest between each session.
