Produced between the years 1966–2002, and 2009 and still going, the Camaro is a model manufactured by General Motors under the Chevrolet brand.
The first-generation Camaro debuted in September 1966, and was available as a 2-door coupé or convertible with 2+2 seating.
This generation would last until the 1969 model year and would eventually inspire the design of the new retro fifth-generation Camaro.
Four different generations of the Chevrolet Camaro moel were developed before production ended in the year 2002.
But a new concept car would revive the nameplate on March 16, 2009, and becoming the fifth-generation Camaro.
