A mid-size SUV produced by the Jeep division of American manufacturer Chrysler which started its production back in 1993 and it’s still going until today.
The original Grand Cherokee was launched in 1992 and was manufactured until 1998.
In 1998, a variant of the top-level Grand Cherokee Limited was introduced, the “5.9 Limited”, and the ads claimed it to be the “world’s fastest sport utility vehicle”.
The fourth-generation Jeep Grand Cherokee was unveiled at the 2009 New York Auto Show and it retains its classic Jeep styling combined with a modern and sleek body style.
