3. Lamborghini Countach
We have three more models on our list, and we start the countdown with the Lamborghini Countach.
Produced by Lamborghini from 1974 to 1990, the Countach is a mid-engined supercar with a sharply angled design popular in many high-performance sports cars.
The Lamborghini trademark “Lambo doors” first started with the Countach, hinged at the front with horizontal hinges, so that they lifted up and tilted forwards.
The car’s styling and visual impression caused it to become an icon of great design to almost everyone except automotive engineers.
Lamborghini Countach was equipped with a traditional V12 engine mounted longitudinally with a mid-engined configuration, and a rear-wheel drive.
And its name came from the word countach, which is an exclamation of astonishment in the local Piedmontese language.
