It is one of Canada’s largest entertainment companies and operates numerous businesses including movie theatres, food services, gaming, and alternative programming.
Cineplex Entertainment operates 161 theatres with 1,635 screens in all 10 Canadian provinces from coast to coast, serving approximately 71 million guests annually.
Cineplex also shows a variety of alternative programming through their subsidiary Front Row Centre, including live broadcasts of theatre performances, concerts, and sporting events.
With over 10,000 employees, the company’s revenue for 2010 was $ 1.010 billion (CAN).
