3. Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost
Originally named the “40/50 h.p.”, the Silver Ghost was produced by Rolls-Royce between the years 1906 and 1926, with 7874 units buit.
The Silver Ghost model was claimed to be the “Best car in the world”, and not only by Rolls-Royce, but even by the prestigious publication Autocar in 1907.
In 1906 when Rolls-Royce wanted to showcase the cars at the Olympia car show, the Silver Ghost was so new that the show cars were not fully finished.
As I mentioned earlier, the Silver Ghost was produced in a total number of 7874 units from 1907 to 1926, including the 1701 nits manufactured at the American Springfield factory, and many of them are still running today.
