Wondering which are the 10 best-selling whiskey brands in the world? Ealuxe has the answer!
We already talked about the costliest alcoholic drinks in the world. Then you cooled down with the most expensive rums, champagnes and vodkas.
Ealuxe has made a top 10 list containing the best-selling brands of Irish, Canadian, Japanese and American whiskies.
From recognizable names like Johnnie Walker, Jim Beam and Jack Daniel’s, we present the 10 best-selling whiskey brands in the world.
We begin our top list with the small-batch bourbon whiskey, Maker’s Mark.
Distilled by Beam Suntory in Loretto, Kentucky, and sold in distinctively squarish bottles sealed with red wax, Maker’s Mark stepped into our top 10 list with sales of 1.4 million cases.
For those of you who wish to try something different, Maker’s Mark is the ideal drink.
This beverage is unusual as there no rye is used as part of the mash. Instead, red winter wheat is used along with corn and malted barley.
Also, Maker’s Mark is one of the few American-made whiskies to be labeled using the Scottish spelling ‘whisky’. George Dickel and Old Forester also use the spelling ‘whisky’.
