2. Koenigsegg Agera R
Second on our list and next in line, we have a mid-engine sports car manufactured by the Swedish automaker Koenigsegg.
Its name comes from the Swedish verb ‘agera’ which means “to act” or “to take action”, which is pretty cool if you ask me.
The Agera R can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (0–62 mph) in just 2.9 seconds, and reaching a top speed of 273 mph (440 km/h).
Letting us now that it’s not only a super car with a cool name, but it’s a beast that can run fast, very fast.
It’s so fast, that in 2011 it broke six world land speed records for a production car, including 0–300 km/h in 14.53 seconds, and 0-300-0 km/h in only 21.19 seconds.
