Just to be clear from the start,the Grand Carrera Pendulum is a concept watch and has not gone into production yet.
Back in 2009, the TAG Heuer company revolutionized the transmision principle by launching a limited edition of 150 pieces of Monaco V4, which was the first ever belt driven movement.
In 2010, the company presents a new revolution, the oscillator of a movement has been re-invented, and TAG Heuer replaces the traditionnal hairspring by magnets, which drive the balance wheel.
Even though this is a concept watch, it proudly represents the best features in the Tag Heuer manufacuring history.
