3.Fur/Velvet
Of course we were expecting to see fur for the Fall fashion scene, but we definitely weren’t expecting to be amazed once again!
This year, fur is a major must-have! It didn’t miss from a single fashion show. But this year though, they took it to a whole new level. Designers like Dolce&Gabbana, Fendi, Céline and Vfiles – these just to name a few – played with daring shapes, bold colors and patterns.
I know that there are two kinds of people out there: the ones that adore fur and the ones that don’t even want to hear about it. Well, if you belong to the second category, don’t worry about it.
At the same level, this fall we have the velvet trend. It didn’t really disappeared completely over the years, but this season is a major comeback for the velvet! Designers like Elie Saab, Emporio Armani, Reem Acra and Viktor & Rolf created some of the most exquisite velvet dresses to die for!
So it’s your call now: grab a fur coat or a velvet dress, I don’t care, but one of them has to be in your closet this fall!
