3.Watermelon
My ultimate favourite fruit is watermelon, and it’s one of the foods that burn calories as well.
Very rich in water, and in B vitamins, the watermelon will increase your energy level and lower your need of eating other foods, making you full for longer.
The watery fruit has no fat and very few calories, but it has a lot of fibre and protein.
And just think about it, summer is here, so what can be better on a hot day than eating a sweet, fresh slice of watermelon?
Maybe a watermelon-flavoured glass of water?
