7.Cucumbers
Another friend in the kitchen should be the cucumber.
Like most of the foods that burn more calories than they contain, cucumbers are rich in water and they will not only make your lose weight, but they will keep you hydrated for longer.
As summer is here, cucumber is not only healthy, but a delicious way to add some taste to your water and transform it into a fresh treat.
If you want to improve your resistance to disease eat the cucumber with their skins intact.
Just add them in a salad, on top of your healthy sandwich, in your water or dip them in hummus. They will definitely be delicious!
