3. Being too formal
If you plan on going on a date with a woman so that you could talk to her like she is a co-worker who is always serious, the night is doomed. No one likes a tense, boring guy who does not joke or smile.
Remember, if you want to be successful on your first date you have to keep her interested and you want her to have fun, not be bored to death. I’m sure you can do that!
So, lighten up the mood a little and leave the office talk at the door. Have fun and be yourself! I’m sure you don’t talk like that with your best friend!
This means you have to joke and laugh. Of course, you don’t want to look like a clown, so don’t do that every 2 minutes but make sure to keep the conversation funny and at the same time smart.
