The weird TV show is presenting the life of a polygamist family. Patriarch Kody Brown has 4 wives and an outstanding number of 17 kids. Brown is legally married with just one woman, and spiritually with the other three.
The family members are definitely one of those ordinary people who turned into rich reality TV stars, because before the show started airing only two of the wives were working, the other two being unemployed. The TV show was a hit, now being in its fifth season.
All four wives are richer now, and have created their own on-line jewellery company, My Sisterwives Closet, while Kody is still working a sales job, having an estimated net worth of $300.000.
