Danube Delta
As our list reaches number 2 we continue our journey with the Danube Delta.
This is the second largest river delta in Europe and it is the best preserved in Europe.
The Danube Delta began to form in the bay of Black Sea after 4000 BCE.
In 1991, the Romanian part of the Danube Delta was listed as part of the UNESCO ( World Heritage Sites ).
The Danube Delta is a remarkable to visit and you will have the opportunity to see the nature’s wonders with your own eyes.
