Take a moment to step back and think. Give yourself time to breathe. No job is easy. Every job requires something from the workers. It is possible that you love your job but you have lost the passion towards it.

Look back at the precious moment you had, all of your achievements, and all the things that have put a smile on your proud face. You may not have to quit and leave those things. You may only need to take a break.
