11. Becoming fully in charge
When you are an employee, you do things as you are told. There are rules and game plan you need to follow according to your position. When you make a mistake, you will be reprimanded.
But someone else will take the worst damage: loss. That someone is the business owner. That someone could be you if you choose the entrepreneurship path.
The million dollar question is: Are you ready to be fully in charge? You will be making the crucial decision. You can scold your employees all you want, but in the end, you are the one who have to face the outcome.
Being fully in charge means that in the end, you are responsible for all of your business’s ups and downs.
