To win at life, act with intention, build a better life through work instead of waiting for one, own less, choose quality, attract people by example and make yourself valuable. Part 1 covered the essentials. This second part is more tactical, with mindsets you can use right away, whether you are starting a business, going through college, following a passion or simply living a balanced life.
The rules come from the team’s analysis of successful people and the traits they share in behavior and approach.

1. Be intentional
Do whatever you do because you mean it. Being intentional puts you in control of your environment, as a change agent. Things do not simply happen to you. They happen because you intended them to.
If something good happens, make sure it was by design. Be laser focused with your intent so that whatever the result, you learn to aim better next time. This applies to health, career and relationships.
Look at your current reality and count which events you caused and which you believe happened to you. You may be surprised how much you can control.
2. Do not fear the future
Only those who do not write their own future fear it. Being scared of what is ahead means you doubt your skills to handle what life throws at you.
The future arrives with every passing second. Watching this video is you turning the future into the present. To win, you look ahead, see opportunities and use each moment to build the future in which you succeed.
We are all time travelers moving into the future together, so make it a good one, because you create it.
3. Let go of regret about the past
At the moment you did what you did, you wanted to. The past is done and cannot be changed, but you can change your direction right now.
Run an experiment on paper. Write down which moments became amazing memories, which made a positive difference and what you regret most. To win at life, you want more of the first kind and less of the last.
4. If you want better, get better
The universe will not hand you the life you want just because you think you are special. You have to put in the work, and the video calls this a wake-up call.
To live a better life, go build one and do whatever it takes. Standing by and complaining gets you nowhere. You are in charge of your reality, and your current one reflects your current actions.
5. Have less, do more
Excess in any form unbalances your life, and an unbalanced thing ends up on the floor. The title seems odd from a channel that preaches more money and more freedom, but this rule is about possessions.
There are the things you need and the things you own, and the more you own, the more it tends to own you. With homes and cars around the world, a point arrives where you cannot enjoy any of them and they need constant maintenance. Part of your time, work and skills no longer works for you.
Buy whatever you want, but notice the gap between need and ownership. Clutter is also subscriptions you forget and seminars that barely return the two grand you spent to attend.
The video argues the best way to streamline is to have one mentor who can guide you across all aspects of a good life, and that learning from other people’s mistakes saves time, money and hardship.
6. Choose quality over quantity
Quality is never an accident. It comes from high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution, and it reflects a wise choice among many alternatives.
Look at the quality of your possessions, food, experiences and relationships. Where there is room to improve, raise it in ways that do not put you in danger.
That does not mean buying a new car for comfort in traffic. Look at the quality of your relationships and how you spend your spare time. Many angles need no money, only some thought.
7. The small pieces make the big picture
People recall the big moments: finding someone special, marriage, kids, losing a parent. These matter, but the script says they make up less than 0.001% of your existence.
The rest is the stuff you do not remember, like sitting in bed scrolling, stuck in traffic or asleep. That is where life happens, so improve those moments.
Buy a better mattress and better shoes. Listen to audiobooks in traffic or share the ride with someone interesting. Small increases in highly repetitive settings add up to a much higher quality of life.
8. Do not chase people, be an example and attract them
The team would rather have three close friends for the long run than twenty fake ones who will not answer a call. Most people chase others and try to squeeze in, which does not work.
Become the person you would want to hang out with. Want to spend time with celebrities? Become one. Want quality friends? Behave like one.
When you become someone you would like to be around, people at your level gravitate toward you. Few know this tactic because it takes work.
9. Everything has a price
People today tend to know the price of everything and the value of nothing. Invest time in learning to read the value of things, because everyone can read a price tag but few see what something is worth.
The script calls it life arbitrage: something is worth more than its price. If the arbitrage is there, make the trade.
Cheap things can be valuable. The channel’s videos are free, and a book costs around $15 while the knowledge in it, applied well, could generate tens of thousands or even millions of dollars. A single idea can make you rich, so pay for what is undervalued.
10. The lion does not lose sleep over the opinions of sheep
Very few people’s opinions matter, and the rest is noise. If your goal is to win, you cannot let others’ words derail you.
The video claims critics are disappointed in their own performance and try to bring others down to their level. Think of yourself as the apex predator of your dream, which a sheep can stop only if you let it.
11. Have more than you show
Speak less than you know. Life is about being strategic with your resources, like chess, where you stay a step ahead. Having more than you show gives you an edge, because hidden resources can be deployed when needed.
The script says wealth comes from being unshakable, and that it did not say rich but wealth. It dislikes people who talk too much, since they put everything on the table to feel important and leave nothing behind the curtain.
Be strategic with your attention, time and money, and use them when they serve your interests or those of people you care about.
12. Surround yourself with people with emotional and intellectual depth
You become a product of your environment, so feed off a quality circle. Life is more like a marathon than a sprint, and the video repeats the saying: to go fast go alone, to go far go together.
Your circle of squad, team, family and friends is one of the most important factors in your chances. You do not need service people, you need depth: people who understand life, take it seriously and challenge you to improve.
Most people are superficial, which is why emotional and intellectual depth has become a goal in itself.
13. Do not go along with the nonsense
Say no to the nonsense so you can say yes to what matters. The team built everything on not fooling itself or others just to sound good, which sometimes makes it unlikable, but it prefers the brutal truth to pretending everything is fine.
If you go along with it, you can get so trapped that escape is almost impossible. Life is not about meaningless things, doing favors you do not want to do or letting others walk over you.
Call out what is nonsense, and call yourself out when you are lying to yourself. Being truthful about your reality is the first step to changing it.
14. You are what you do, not what you say you will do
Nobody cares about your plans until they become reality. The world judges you on what you accomplish, because everyone is busy with their own thing.
Talk is cheap and everyone has ideas, but few act. The video asks how many viewers watch its videos but never use the information, even when they know it could help.
To move ahead, start doing the things that bring you closer to your goals.
15. Become valuable
Invest in yourself, because it pays the best dividends. Your greatest asset is you. A valuable person always finds a place in the market, can provide for themselves and their family, and can adapt and acquire new knowledge that raises their value.
Becoming valuable is the only way to trade your time and knowledge for what you want from life. Ask how valuable you are and how much value you can put into the world. According to the script, that is what you are worth, and the world reflects it back onto your reality.
Bonus: Bet on yourself
The only thing you really control is your actions: the work you put in each day, your sleep and the goals you set. Nobody has more to win or lose than you do, so why not really go for it?
Nobody wants you to be successful more than you do. After the video, take the first step in the right direction, however small. Once you are ready to put your actions where your mouth is, the script says to cut the nonsense and get busy.
Turn the mindsets into moves
These rules are less about big gestures than daily choices: what you own, who you spend time with, what you read and what you actually do. Small changes to the repetitive parts of life add up faster than most people expect.
Choose one rule and put it into practice before the day is over.
FAQ
What does have less, do more mean?
The rule is about possessions, not ambition. The script says the more things you own, the more they tend to own you, so separate what you need from what you merely own and cut the clutter.
How do you attract the right people instead of chasing them?
Become the person you would want to hang out with. The video says that when you behave like a quality friend, people at the same level gravitate toward you.
What is life arbitrage?
It is when something is worth more than its price. The script says to learn to read value instead of price tags, and gives the example of a $15 book whose ideas, applied well, could generate tens of thousands or millions of dollars.
How do you become more valuable?
Invest in yourself, keep acquiring new knowledge and adapt. The video says a valuable person always finds a place in the market and that your worth is the value you put into the world.
What does have more than you show mean?
It means keeping resources, knowledge and plans in reserve instead of putting everything on the table. The script compares it to chess: you stay a step ahead and can deploy what you hold when it matters.
