Our next stop is in Belgium, where The Jane restaurant resides.
The Jane is a trendy place with good vibes, for sure. The star chef Sergio Herman and chef Nick Bril created the perfect “fine dinning meets rock ‘n roll” restaurant.
The restaurant was the chapel of a former military hospital, but Piet Boon Studio took good care of it, transforming it in one of the best restaurant designs in the world.
With the belief that materials “age beautifully”, The Jane looks like a modern place to dine in, still keeping some of its old chapel spirit. The colours are contrasting, with all white walls, but black furniture. This restaurant surely offers a great wine and dine experience!
The delicately balanced taste compositions and culinary experiments already took off from the Earth’s surface.
