Matthew Perry was in the iconic sitcom, F.R.I.E.N.D.S. He played the role of his lifetime, Chandler Bing. Even since then, he had been struggling with his addiction.
You would have thought that a comedian will never have any psychological problems. Their job may be making other people laugh. But deep down inside, they need help.
During his time in the sitcom, Matthew went into the rehab twice for a prescription pill addiction, Vicodin, and alcohol. It was in 1997 and 2001.
Matthew is now more open about his past addiction problem. In 2013, he turned his former Malibu home into a sober living facility called Perry House.
