At this years Geneva Motor Show we had quite a few surprises, ranging from Eco friendly cars, to the most amazing super-cars, and it also seems that more and more autonomous concept cars are popping out.
And one of these concepts is the Rinspeed Budii, which is an interesting concept car based on the amazing BMW i3, so you can imagine that the Swiss designer Frank Rinderknecht and company, took it to a whole new level.
“The vision of autonomous driving will soon become reality and will fundamentally change the interaction of man and automobiles.”– the guys from Rinspeed state.
With the help of the latest advancements in autonomous driving, they bring several changes and updates on both the design and technological fronts to create a vehicle that purportedly “redefines human-machine interaction”.
As you will see in the photos bellow, the car got an exterior upgrade which consists in a wider body with new bloated front and rear fenders together with matching bumpers and restyled front and rear ends.
But the true beauty lays on the inside, and you will see in a moment why. The interior was completely redesigned, also incorporating a robotic arm connected to the steering wheel that makes it possible to drive the car from either side.

The center console screen displays important information to the driver.
The robotic arm that I was telling you about, easily allow you to change drivers without changing seats.
With the car taking care of the driving, its occupants can enjoy watching a movie, or keeping up to date with the news.
And the coolest part is that besides interacting with the car with a smartphone, you can also do it trough a smartwatch.
