3Never Skip Breakfast
“Never skip your breakfast” seems to be Alessandra’s mantra. Alessandra never misses a breakfast and doesn’t advise anybody to do that.
The best option is soft-boiled egg, glass of milk and toasts. Dieticians approve such an approach.
After all, if you do not have your breakfast in the morning, your sugar will fall below the normal, there will be the so-called carbohydrate starvation causing you to hunger after rolls or chocolates.
If you usually skip breakfast, I recommend you make it a pleasant habit. For instance, always have a healthy drink you love in the morning. It can be coffee, tea, fresh orange juice or a smoothie. Find something you love!
