Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubillee Royal Canadian Mint Coin
The Monalisa of coins and definitely the most expensive on the list of awesome commemorative coins was made to honor Queen Elisabeth and her diamond jubilee.
The coin has on one side a depiction of the Queen in 1952 and the other in 2012, while both have a huge diamond sparkling from afar.
The coin value is estimated at $300 million and was designed by Laurie McGaw and Susanna Blunt, who made this rare coin with a Midas touch.
The pure gold coin celebrated the Queen’s 60 years of activity taking the market by surprise with another 1,500 special coins created for this special event.
