MouseHunt – 1997
Some of you may consider that this isn’t an animal movie, but given the fact that the entire plot is constructed around a mouse who makes all kinds of troubles in a house, we consider that, MouseHunt is worthy of our list of best animal movies.
MouseHunt is a 1997 comedy which tells the story of two brothers who want to sell the house they inherited after their father’s death.
After their lives were a little bit changed in the worse they discover that the mansion where their father lived is worth a fortune but to sell it they have to get rid of the mouse who lives in the walls.
From here the comedy is based on all the troubles the mouse gives them, making him the main character, the little animal who tries to make everything possible not to sell the house.
With a 6.3 score on IMDB and a positive public review the movie is an original comedy who makes the public laugh from the start.
The comic situations from the mansion and the 1940’s 1970’s based decor take you in a different world where anything is possible and where the main character even if it has no lines, it will leave you speechless and laughing with tears.
