Mark McEwan is a Canadian celebrity chef, who currently is the host of Fine Living Network’s ‘The Heat with Mark McEwan’, a judge on ‘Superstar Chef Callenge’, as well as the head judge on Food Network Canada’s ‘Top Chef Canada’.
In 1979, the Canadian chef graduated from George Brown College, and 2 years later he was hired as executive chef by the Sutton Place Hotel, based in Toronto. With hard work, Mark McEwan was promoted to chef.
In 1990, he opened his first restaurant called ‘North 44’ and ‘ONE’ at The Hazelton Hotelm in August 2007.
He didn’t stop here. In 2009, he opened his first grocery store at the ‘Shops at Don Mills’ and published a book entitled ‘Great Food at Home’.
