This chocolatier served as corporate pastry chef for Ritz-Carlton from 1988-2001, and has opened hotel pastry kitchens in locations such as Dubai, Bali and Boston.
In 2002, Normal Love Confections was named one of the top 10 artisan chocolate companies in the country and one of the top 3 companies in the country, by Consumer Reports.
Each candy is hand-painted or airbrushed into chocolate molds, filled with the finest chocolate imported from France, Belgium and Switzerland.
Using bananas, ginger, caramel, hazelnuts, pureed raspberries, and passion fruit, these chocolate candies are delicious and they became well known for their colored design.
