8- Hayman’s 1850 Reserve
It is a great gin that dates back to the 19th century England. It is produced by the Hayman’s distillery which successfully replicates the style of the gin that was served in London’s Gin Palaces in 1850.
Its consistence is very subtle and smooth and has mellow notes of woods because it is rested in wood for 4 weeks.
With that add just a pinch of spice and pepper from the juniper and coriander. The result? Great aged gins which will make you feel great.
Its price? For 70cl you’ll pay around £21.67.
