Here are the roots of it all.
This is where it all started, the original hippie escape that survived until this very day.
Goa used to be a small Portuguese enclave in the South West of India and was discovered and revealed to the world in the 60’s.
The old hippies with long hair that I was telling you about in the beginning still get together here, so if you ever thought they were gone, you were wrong, they are in Goa!
Goa is also the place where Goa trance was born, so you can imagine that the raves that take place here on Anjuna and Vagator beaches are epic!
