6. The North Pole
The North Pole is an ideal beverage if you wish to add a heavier one to your menu. What could be more Christmas-themed than The North Pole?
The right answer is the The Grinch, but we’ll talk about that in our next pages.
There are several recipes you can use to create The North Pole, and Ealuxe will present the best 2 of them.
Ingredients:
1) 1 oz. gin;
2) 1/2 oz. Maraschino liqueur;
3) 1/2 oz. lemon juice;
4) 1 egg white;
5) 1/1 oz. whipped cream;
6) mini candy canes.
or
1) 1.5 oz. Grey Goose Cherry Noir Flavored Vodka;
2) 0.5 oz. peppermint Schnapps;
3) 1 oz. chocolate syrup;
4) 1 oz. heavy cream;
5) mini candy canes.
All you need to do is to combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
After shaking vigorously, strain into a glass fill with ice and garnish with candy canes for extra flavor.
