Mulled wine is a beverage usually made with red wine along with various mulling spices, and in most cases, these are cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Mulled wine is a traditional drink during winter, especially around Halloween and Christmas. Despite its high sugar content, mulled wine is not a drink that’s aged well.
How many of you served a bad mulled wine in a local? For many pubs / bars, mulling is just an excuse to serve cheap wine. Their loss, your win!
