What we recommend are the roasted brill, braised veal cheeks and sweetbreads, wild duck with beetroot and last but not least, that incredible bouillabaisse.
Blue Spoon’s decor was designed by Dutch Marcel Wanders. A must-see is the restaurant’s garden courtyard, inspired by ‘Alice in Wonderland’.
