Tunes was designed by Italian interiors architect Piero Lissoni. Tunes Restaurant and Bar by Schilo is located at Van Baerlestraat 27, in the Conservatorium Hotel.
Chef Schilo van Coevorden comes up with excellent smoke-flavoured grills, wagyu beef with preparations of beetroot and a hazelnut jus.
However, we recommend the eel glazed with apple syrup on Chinese steamed bread or whole candied lemons stuffed with cream. Yummy!
Nothing compares with the pleasure of cooking. And if you enjoy cooking, make sure you ask for a table near the open-plan kitchen.
