Guess what? Serre is inspired by Ciel Bleu. It offers a selection of past signature dishes from Ciel Bleu, upstairs at The Okura Hotel.
Serre is located at Ferdinand Bolstraat 333, and offers the best sea-bass tartare with crispy oysters and anchovy kadaifi, grilled lamb with polenta and garlic-and-sage jus.
But what Ealuxe recommends is the Bento Box, which was inspired by a traditional Japanese lunchbox, but contains 6 dishes of haute cuisine in miniature, such as oysters with a cucumber-yogurt cream, soft-shell crab with pearl barley and wild spinach.
