Osteria di Passignano was created by Marcello Crini, a great connoisseur and enthusiast of the traditional Tuscan cuisine and wine culture.
Of course it has an amazing wine cellar, but even more than that! They own the vineyards around the Abbey, so they produce their own wine “Badia a Passignano”.
That is something you should try! Their own wine, authentic customs and Florentine cuisine.
