2Ora d’Aria
This one Michelin star restaurant is a metaphor itself and it’s a lovely one.
It used to be located opposite Le Murate, a former Renaissance women’s prison. Each day, the prisoners would have an hour to get outside and exercise, that moment being called the Hour of Air.
And that is exactly how Ora d’Aria is translated into English. And they are trying to send you the message that in the time you will spend at their table, you will be spoiled and treated wonderful.
I believe it is a nice concept and a good way of remembering where this place came from.
This chic place has a minimalist grey and white décor complemented by contemporary artwork from the Galleria Bagnai and the Chef Marco Stabile is great.
