First of all, Cinc Sentits is Barcelona’s premier restaurant. Also, it has achieved recognition within the city for the ingredients from throughout Spain.
Chef Jordi Artal offers you the 5-course Essencia and the 7-course Sensacions, as well as some of his unique dishes, such as pigeon.
You can also choose the Gastronomic menu, but that’s a bit expensive.
The restaurant’s seafood is always of the highest caliber. The butter from Pyrenees, veal from Galicia, foie gras and duck from Bajo Empordan blend perfectly.
