In 1999, Chef Kent Rathbun decided to give the menu of the restaurant a little makeover and changed the Dallas dining scene.
He managed to successfully reintroduced fresh, local ingredients and foods prepared with style in an elegant space which led to Abacus’ fame today.
The luxury dining rooms remains true to the Chef’s original concept with a reputation for signature menus, extensive wine list and custom-crafted cocktails.
