La Oliva Restaurant
La Oliva Restaurant has its own personality and offers the gourmet traveler an expression of several cuisines combined with fresh ingredients.
The restaurant is placed in the same building for more than 25 years and in the ancient walls of Dalt Vila, the old part of the town, placed on a little mountain by the sea.
When it comes to views, from the pavement terrace, you can watch everything that happens on the streets of the old town, but you can also dine in one of the three indoor dining rooms.
The place bursts with history and everything makes you feel like you are taking part of the island’s heartbeat.
Even though it seems simple, La Oliva has a busy reservation schedule, due the menu which accustomed the locals and the usual guests to a menu who combines French, Mediterranean and Provencal cuisine in an intimate, romantic and exclusive setting.
You will find roasted and braised meats, fresh fish for all tastes in the restaurant who depicts the old Ibiza.
