Cotton Beach Club Restaurant
From the name, you will probably guess the theme of this restaurant, if not you will for sure experiment it when you sit at one of the tables at the Cotton Beach Club Restaurant.
Opened in 2014 the place is a new beach club concept, which includes the dining option for those who would like to spend an entire day here.
Posted on a private beach themed by its owners with luxury Egyptian cotton all being white, the place was this year’s club to be.
Know for an amazing sunset, Cotton Beach Club offers everything from breakfast, brunch, lunch to cocktails, supper, aperitifs in a open air restaurant.
The chef’s here offer a menu who combines Asian fusion and Mediterranean cuisine and some of the dishes expresses fine dining and give you the feeling that you are eating at a luxury restaurant.
So after a night out in the best nightclubs in Ibiza you must come to Cotton Beach Club to rest at the daybeds or cabanas and enjoy some of the dishes from the menu.
These include specialties like the tuna tartar served with avocado or the mussels cooked in a creamy white wine sauce infused with saffron.
