Luce is a member of the Green Restaurant Association since 2012. For those of you who don’t know, the Green Restaurant Association is a national non-profit organization that provides a cost-effective way for restaurants, manufacturers and distributors.
What we recommend: Tartar of Spring Lamb with Watercress, Maine Lobster poached in Salted Butter, Chocolate Pave, Passion Fruit Sorbet and Wildflower Honey Mousse.
