Run by the Canlis family, it is the Pacific Northwest’s most celebrated restaurant, with valet service from the moment you arrive. Most 2026 sources put the five-course tasting at $180 a head, with the Canlis Salad as a $20 add-on and a 20 percent service charge. One directory lists $185.
