3.Congdu
Congdu actually recently changed its location. It used to be in the Seoul National History, but now you can find it in a traditional Korean building used by the last Chosun king’s grandmother. The building is located between the British and US embassies.
The restaurant serves some of the best Korean food in Seoul and that is thanks to the effort they make for obtaining the ingredients.
The staff travels around Korea to find the best suppliers, ingredients and masters available on the market to satisfy its clients.
And as a result, the food here is traditional and simple, but what defines them are the new improved methods of cooking.
