4Dum Pukht
Reviving the artfulness of courtly manner, presentation and cookery from across the country, Dum Pukht brings you the grand cuisine of India in an ambience that is truly regal.
Recently named the best restaurant in India in the S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna list of Asia’s fifty best restaurants, Dum Pukht serves its slow-cooked kebabs and biryanis in its extravagant blue-and-silver dining room, complete with crystal chandeliers.
The cooking here is inspired from the royal Mughal kitchens in India and is based on a 200 year old technique of slow roasting in sealed pots over a very low flame.
