6Xibo
This restaurant was opened in 2009 and its concept is based on delivering food in the Xibo people way.
They are Tungusic ethnic group living mostly in northeast China and Xinjiang and their food is mostly based on fresh ingredients spices and rich flavors.
All the vegetables the restaurant uses are grown on the fields of north Xinjiang and the spices in central Asia. So, this is a place that surely delivers authentic Chinese food.
You can choose to dine inside or on their beautiful terrace while listening to songs of James Brown and Stevie Wonder.
One of their best dishes is the lacy lumpia wrappers stuffed with chopped scallions and red peppers in a spicy black bean sauce.
