The Waterhouse at South Bund is a design concept boutique hotel in Shanghai. Right at its ground floor you will find this incredible restaurant named Table No.1.
Although it is no. 2 in our list, it is no. 1 when it comes to modern European cuisine in Shanghai. It was all created by Jason Atherton, the person behind London restaurant, Maze.
The culinary treats are a blend of fresh, seasonal, natural flavours and top quality ingredients. If you don’t know what to order, you can never go wrong with their Razor Claims with Chili and coriander A la Plancha or Crispy Skin Pork Belly with Cassoulet Beans.
